It’s Survey Time!
It is totally unusual for me to post on a Sunday but I have seen this survey on so many healthy living blogs and I wanted to do it. Also I meant to post this Friday hehe . A little fact about me, I love Surveys. I could do them for hours. Also I like seeing them on blogs because it shows bloggers personalities a little differently. So here is my whack at it
Healthy Living Survey

1/4 cup of honeydew, 1/2 cup of watermelon, 1/4 of raspberries, and blackberries and 3 strawberries.

Overnight oats in A cookie butter jar. Oh yeah. In this mix was `1/2 cup of oats, 1/4 cup of blueberries, 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of milk, 2 teaspoons of chia seeds added in that order then shaken up and put in the fridge overnight. In the morning added 1 teaspoon of dark chocolate dreams, 1/4 cup of milk (if that much) to loosen it up a bit and topped with a couple more blueberries. I think I have found my fav combination. It is a good mix of creaminess and thickness.
I drink about 90 ounces or more of water each day.
3. What is your current favorite workout?
Kickboxing! I tried it for the first time Wednesday and I am loving it!
4. How many calories do you eat a day?
Not enough. I eat no more than 1300 usually. I am seeing a nutritionist and this is something we plan on working with but it is hard for me to get higher.
5. What are your favorite healthy snacks?
I think my go to will always be carrots and hummus or some sort of nut butter but I like to mix it up. Sometimes its fruit or Greek yogurt or a wonderful Microwave Protein Muffin from Smoothie girl! That is delicious healthy and huge ! lol
6. What do you usually eat for lunch?
It varies but lately it has been an egg omelet with some sort of veggie.
7. What is your favorite body part to strength train?
I love to work out my arms but do to my neck it gets hard(pulled a muscle a couple of years ago) but I like how I feel doing it. Overall I love to strength train. I feel so good and strong after I am done.
8. What is your least favorite body part to strength train?
I would say my legs because they tend to get tired due to the strain on put on them and my back.
9. What are your “bad” food cravings?
Raisins. I am getting a little better but for someone who needs to watch her sugar intake, handfuls of them are not good at all.
10. Do you take vitamins or supplements?
I take a multivitamin every morning (GNC chew-able brand-yes I have a hard time taking pills) and a daily probiotic and digestive enzyme. Protein powders sometimes.
11. How often do you eat out?
Once or twice per month. I try not to eat out to often. I prefer home cooked meals. I like knowing how my meals are made and prepared. Especially what ingredients go into it.
12. Do you eat fast food?
RARELY. I try not to. I cannot remember the last time I actually had fast food.
13. Who is your biggest supporter?
I would say my friends. They are always there for me. Mainly Michelle and Maritza. The two who always listen to me. Love them

14. Do you have a gym membership?
Yep I have one for the YMCA and I am a lucky girl because my dad pays for it.
15. How many hours of sleep do you get a night?
Usually seven. I would like more. I need more. I am a 7 1/2-8 hours type of girl but I am bad at this.

16. Do you have a “cheat” day?
No cheat day here. I try to eat healthy everyday with a treat here and there. The thought of a cheat date doesn’t sound right to me. I like to eat food that make me feel good and that is mostly healthy food. Things on a cheat day make you feel like crap so I like food that makes me feel good and happy.
17. Do you drink alcohol?
Once every month or two, really when I go out.

19. What is the best thing that has changed about your life since committing to a Healthy Lifestyle?
My health has improved so much and I realized what I was doing to my body all my life. Also my thirst for a healthy lifestyle has led me to blogs and wonderful people and also it opened my eyes to the extreme of the other spectrum that I was going toward.
20. What was the last healthy thing you did?
I made a protein muffin as a healthy treat. I wish I could say 25 crunches lol but I wanted a muffin and thought healthy protein muffin is the way to go.
